The video does not run smooth or is not shown at all?

You should have the latest version of Windows Media Player and Direct X available for your operating system installed.

To update Windows Media Player:

Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp?displang=en and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the correct version of Windows Media Player for your version of Windows. This update should not require a restart.

Once all necessary updates have been applied, I would recommend initialising the Opus registry settings to repair any corruptions which may have resulted from communicating with the previous components.

To update DirectX:

Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a9b6820-bfbb-4799-9908-d418cdeac197&displaylang=en and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the correct version of DirectX for your version of Windows. Please ensure that you restart your computer when prompted.
